Okay, new year resolutions have probably already slipped by the way side, but spring is here offering a fresh start Are you tired of the countless times you've tried to build a new habit? Or, to quit those you know don't serve you? Yet, fall of the horse within the first month, never to get back on? If that's you, then this accountability container aims to address just that. Here, alongside a group of equally determined men, we will set about building & deepening habits and practices which serve our growth into the best versions of ourselves. The aim is to choose 1 or 2 habits or practices you wish to build, and then commit to doing it every day for 90 days. Including weekends. Some examples include: meditating, cold showers, quitting smoking, working on a creative project, exercising, semen retention, journaling, intentionally confronting discomfort, breathwork. I recommend not committing to more than 2, as often simplicity is the staying power with this. For accountability, you will be paired up and together with your partner, you will agree on a way of recording both your endeavors and showing one another some form of evidence. This might be a photo, a simple text message, a screenshot, a short description. Integrity here is essential. There will be monthly online group sharing circle. This provides support and motivation for all participants, where we share our success, transformations and offer up tip to keep up the commitment. I look forward to you joining!
