Cancellation Policy

Cancelations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the appointment, won't be charge and will be refunded in full if you've prepaid. Cancelations or reschedules made between 24 and 12 hours before the appointment without appropriate reason will be charged at 50% and you will receive a 50% refund if you've prepaid. No-shows, cancelations or reschedules made within 12 hours before the appointment without appropriate reason will be charged in full and a refund will not be given if you've prepaid. If you cancel a free practice session within 2 hours before the appointment, or fail to show up, I will charge a fee for having missed the opportunity to take a paying client.
