Overview

The Men's Embodiment Group is a bi-monthly sharing circle for men covering various topics related to men's mental health, personal development and masculine embodiment.

To date we have covered topics such as, isolation, purpose, emotional intelligence, toxic masculinity, resilience, the fatherwound, shadow work, archetypes and processing break-ups.

The formats is as follows…

• We start each group meeting with a short intro breathwork round and embodiment exercises to help us ground into our bodies and tune into the group's energy.

• We then move into the main sharing round where you can share a topic which is current for you, be it a challenge you're currently facing, an issue you need clarity on, or a beautiful success story.
