ABOUT ME

BACKGROUND

Another life coach? Another guru?

Yes, it seems today every other person is a coach or healer of some sort and the whole thing is some grand MLM plot. But, cynicism aside, I do also believe this phenomena is a good thing: it's indicating that more and more people are waking up and doing the inner work necessary to put a stop to the suffering that gets perpetuated through generations.

And so yes, as per format here's the episode of my transformation...

Sometime ago in my early 20s, after leaving behind an athletic career that made me miserable & trying to find solace in hedonistic club culture, I began the process of waking up, growing up & cleaning up.

I became a professional bodyworker and continued studying eastern spirituality, as well as exploring several embodiment practices including Ashtanga yoga & Aikido. (Learn more of my influences here).

After overcoming my own long fought battles keeping me from my masculine core & being confronted with the confusion that enthrals society on this topic, I saw the vital necessity for men to embody conscious masculinity.

Now, using a combination of embodiment and integral development, I help men change their world paradigms in order to overcome the nice guy-syndrome, reclaim their masculinity & create thriving intimate relationships.

MOTIVATION

Alot of my personal transformation has happened through my commitment to a conscious relationship & men's work, where i’ve been forced to confront and heal codependency, my avoidant-attachment wound and nice-guy persona.

Dare we say it, but the world is lacking strong, conscious masculinity; yet there’s an emerging message today that any expression of masculinity is toxic.

Along with the lack of healthy male role models, young men now have an aversion towards embodying the traits and mentality that once made boys men. Despite the confusion, it is the conscious embodiment of these traits that would heal much of society’s ills.

Men's work has gained popularity in recent years, yet there is still the apparent danger of men falling for Red-pill ideology, believing macho-bravado will make them 'strong', when in reality it's a futile attempt to mask their jaded, childish psychology.

Other programs, whilst introducing more conscious notions of masculinity, fail to work on the embodied level, letting men stagnate in mental masturbation instead.

In light of these dangers...

MY MISSION

It’s my mission to make embodiment & integral wisdom known as the most effective ways for men to heal, so that they can step into their power & embody conscious masculinity - and then pass that wisdom on to other men in need of guidance.

Aside men’s work, I aim to help elevate humanity by sharing wisdom on consciousness & embodiment, which includes sexual empowerment, healing, self-actualization & truth seeking.
